3. User Representations

By using our Services, you agree that:

- You will provide accurate and complete information

- You will not use the Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Some services require payment, including recurring subscriptions. By subscribing, you:

- Authorize recurring billing to your chosen payment method

- Agree to keep your payment information up to date

- Understand that all prices are in USD unless otherwise stated

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

- Customize or approve our default messaging scripts as needed

7. Review Campaigns & Messaging

You authorize us to send review requests via SMS and email on your behalf. By default, we use proven templates and schedules unless you customize them.

8. Integrations

To provide seamless automation, we may connect with your Google Business Profile, CRM, or other third-party services. You are responsible for maintaining active integrations.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by UserRadar LLC are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or resell any part of our Services without written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

- Lost profits or data

- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

- Any claim exceeding the fees paid by you in the past 30 days

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time for violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts located in Delaware.
